Immuni-Tea Blend

A blend of herbs, spices and root material to raise and modulate the immune system. 

It can be used as a preventative measure during flu season, or taken as one is getting ill to curb the symptoms and reduce the duration of the illness.

The taste is pleasantly sweet and herbaceous with a slight bitterness and hints of citrus and earthy tones.

Ingredients: Thyme, Lesertia Frutescens, Echinacea, Licorice root, Pelargonium Sidiodes, Grapefruit Peel, Ginger Root, Ceylon (true) Cinnamon bark. 

Dose: Preventative - 1tsp in one cup of tea/day

Treatment- 1tsp as tea, 3 times/day

Not safe to be taken during pregnancy, breastfeeding or if one is on blood thinning medication.
